USER AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
   This Platform User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Self Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Selfprof") and the customer ("User") who will use the Selfprof infrastructure. Hereinafter, Selfprof and the User shall be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
2. DEFINITIONS
   1. Services: All packages, products, services, features, and modules offered on or through the Selfprof infrastructure.
   2. Selfprof Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided by Selfprof for Users to manage their websites and operations.
   3. Payment Infrastructure: All payment methods provided by third-party institutions integrated into the Selfprof infrastructure.
   4. Third-Party Services: All products, services, and applications provided by third parties through or integrated with the Selfprof infrastructure, including those existing at the time of the agreement and those added or updated in the future.
   5. Third-Party Service Providers: Entities providing Third-Party Services that do not have a direct agreement with Selfprof but allow access to their platforms via API or similar methods.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the User will benefit from the services provided through the Selfprof Infrastructure, the payments to be made to Selfprof, and the rights and obligations of the Parties.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
   1. Selfprof offers various service packages. The details of these packages and their contents are available on selfprof.com. Selfprof reserves the right to make changes to these packages and contents.
   2. The User agrees to use the selected service package’s contents and features as they exist at the date of signing the agreement. Any improvements, enhancements, updates, or additions made to the package content will also apply to the User.
   3. Selfprof will provide services under this Agreement and the package selected by the User.
   4. Selfprof may charge additional fees for services not covered by this Agreement or not included in the selected package; in such cases, the Parties will reach a written agreement.
   5. The User shall provide all necessary information, documents, and similar items required for the provision of the Services to Selfprof. The User is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of this information.
   6. The User is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the records and content created on the Selfprof Infrastructure.
   7. The User agrees not to harm the image or brand value of Selfprof while using the Selfprof infrastructure and services. In the event of a breach of this clause, Selfprof reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
   8. Selfprof shall not be held liable for the services provided by Third-Party Service Providers.
   9. In the event of any technical issue related to the Selfprof infrastructure, the User shall make reasonable efforts to identify the problem before contacting Selfprof.
5. AUTHORITY
   The Parties may not act on behalf of or bind the other Party unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement.
6. FINANCIAL TERMS
   1. Service Fees: The User shall pay the fees specified on the site annually for the selected package to Selfprof.
   2. Payment Method: The method, form, and term of payment are subject to the conditions specified on the site or communicated by Selfprof.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the Selfprof infrastructure are exclusively owned by Selfprof.
8. SECURITY
   The User undertakes not to engage in any actions that may threaten the security of the Selfprof infrastructure and systems. Selfprof reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in response to such actions.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Selfprof provides the services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The User agrees that Selfprof shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    The Parties agree to comply with legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
11. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement is valid for one year from the service start date. The User may renew the Agreement at the end of the term.
12. TERMINATION
    Selfprof reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally without compensation.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
    The Parties shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, considered as force majeure.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
    The User agrees to keep all information related to Selfprof confidential.
15. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
    This Agreement may not be assigned without the written consent of Selfprof. Any waiver of rights under the Agreement must be made in writing.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. The courts of Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
17. EFFECTIVENESS
    This Agreement shall become effective upon the User's payment and approval of the services.
